Carers

We are currently recruiting Carers, no experience is required as full training is provided but you will undergo a rigorous selection procedure. Interviewed, references checked and a Criminal Record Bureau check carried out.
Once employed you will undergo induction training and be shadowed by senior staff before working alone. You then must participate in further training at regular interval, ensuring that you are competent. Then go on to qualify to NVQ in Care level 2/3.
