Who Can We Help?
Anyone with care needs. We will individually tailor our services to meet your needs, enabling you to live as independently as possible.
We provide support to those who have difficulty in telling us what their needs are due to communication difficulties.
Everyone is able to access our services and all sections of the community will be catered for.
How to access our service
Before your service starts, your needs will be assessed. This can be done by one of our Senior Staff or you may already have been assessed by Social Services who may also be helping you with the cost of your care.
Our Senior Staff will visit you to discuss the details of the Care you need and how best it can be provided. You will be given a copy of the Service Provision Plan.
We will assess any risks there may be in the provision of Care to our Care Worker or yourself. We will introduce your Care Workers to you, though all our staff carry Identity Cards and wear uniforms.
Your Care will be reviewed regularly to ensure it meets your needs.
We expect our clients to have a current household contents Insurance Policy to cover their own possessions against accidental damage.
We hold employers liability insurance with Ecclesiastical Ltd., details of which can be viewed at our office by arrangement.
How Can we Help?
We can provide care services to;
Assist to get up and to go to bed.
Dress/undress
Bathe and all aspects of personal care
Make meals/assist to feed
Shopping/collecting pensions
Assist with the administration of medication
Sitting service to relieve Carers
We can tailor a package of care to meet your Attendance Allowance both the lower and higher rate
All our Staff:
Undergo a rigorous selection procedure. Interviewed, references checked and a Criminal Record Bureau check carried out. Once employed they undergo induction training and shadowing by senior staff before working alone. They then must participate in further training at regular interval, ensuring that they are competent. They then go on to qualify to NVQ in Care level 2/3.

A price list detailing all our charges is available from the office on request.
Comments and Complaints
We welcome feedback on our service provision and are happy to receive your comments whether they be good or bad. This assists us to ensure that we maintain and improve the quality of our service.
You will be given a copy of our Comments and Complaints Procedure which clearly sets out what you need to do if you have a problem that cannot be solved through normal channels.
